Ginette Arnal-Hofer grew up in the country and graduated from St. Paul’s High School in Elie, MB. She then attended Red River College to study Business Administration and pursued a career in accounting and finance.  
 

Ginette continued her education throughout her career at the U of M and received the Certified in Management (C.I.M.) designation and the Human Resources Diploma. 
 

In 2012 she joined the Northway Pharmacy team as Controller which became the beginning of a very exciting and rewarding journey.  Supporting the pharmacists in developing and maintaining reporting and administration systems allowed the pharmacists to focus on their what they do best… serving our communities and managing their daily challenges in their pharmacies.
