Student Preparation Speaker(s)
Grace Badejo first graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2006 with an honours degree in Microbiology. After working for several years in government and commercial laboratories, she returned to the U of M and graduated from the College of Pharmacy in 2015. She is currently the Associate/Owner of Shoppers Drug Mart 2424 in Brandon and the Chair of the Public Relations Committee with Pharmacists Manitoba.
Jaden Brandt graduated from University of Manitoba's College of Pharmacy in 2013. He practiced for 3 years at an independent community pharmacy in Thompson, MB before deciding to continue his studies as a graduate student at the College of Pharmacy in Pharmacoepidemiology. He has previously served as chair of the Membership Services Committee and is currently the Vice-President. He continues to remain active in practice, working part-time in a community pharmacy setting.
Session
This session is designed for 4th Year Pharmacy Students and International Pharmacy Graduates who are entering the profession of pharmacy. Students will be given mock scenarios with pharmacists as the patients. Come and interact with licensed pharmacists and receive tips to help you prepare for exams.
